At The Blackened Teeth, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your gothic home decor; if your item isn't the perfect fit for your crypt, you have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent breakage during transit, as many of our handmade pieces are fragile.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred tracked courier to our studio address, ensuring you keep a copy of your postage receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
