How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Most of our items are handmade to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before your unique piece is shipped.

Do you ship your gothic decor internationally?

Yes, we ship our handmade oddities worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our fragile items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for a replacement.

Are your candles and resin items vegan-friendly?

Yes, we use high-quality vegan waxes and animal-cruelty-free materials in the production of all our home decor pieces.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Do you offer custom colors or commissions?
